MAKA — promote your business profile on Google Maps
MAKA is a Telegram bot that helps business owners manage their company's listing on Google Maps (Google Business Profile): it reminds them about routine tasks and drafts the texts for them.
What the bot does
- Notifies you about new reviews of your business profile and suggests a reply.
- Drafts posts for your business profile and reminds you to publish them on a schedule.
- Helps you complete the profile: suggests a name, categories, a description, a service area and a list of services.
- Reminds you to add photos and to ask customers for reviews, and drafts the request message.
Why the bot needs access to your Google Account
To connect a business profile, you sign in with your Google Account and allow the bot to access Google Business Profile. With this access the bot:
- shows the business profiles your account manages so you can choose the right one;
- checks the selected profile for new reviews and sends you a notification with a suggested reply.
Currently the bot only reads this data and does not change anything in your business profile. You publish replies and posts in Google yourself. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data we receive and how we protect it.
You can revoke access at any time: disconnect the profile in the bot or open your Google Account permissions.
