These terms govern the use of MAKA, a Telegram bot for managing a company's listing on Google Maps. By starting to use the bot you accept these terms.
1. The service
MAKA reminds you about routine tasks for your Google Maps business profile and drafts texts for them: suggested review replies, posts, a description and other materials. The texts are generated with generative AI.
2. Account and Google access
- You need a Telegram account and a Google Account with access to the business profile in Google Business Profile.
- By connecting a business profile you confirm that you are entitled to manage it.
- You are responsible for keeping access to your Telegram and Google accounts secure.
3. Subscription
- The bot's main features are available with a subscription for a business profile.
- Subscriptions are purchased and renewed through the service manager. There are no automatic charges.
- The bot shows the subscription period in the "Информация о моей подписке" section.
4. Texts drafted by the bot
- The texts are suggestions. Review and, if needed, edit them before publishing.
- You decide what to publish in your business profile and are responsible for what you publish.
- When publishing in Google, follow the Google Business Profile policies and applicable law.
5. Limitations
- The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee a particular ranking in Google search or growth in customers or reviews.
- The service depends on Google and Telegram. We are not responsible for changes, restrictions or outages on their side.
- We may restrict access to the service if these terms or Google's policies are violated.
6. Data
How we process data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page with its effective date. By continuing to use the bot you accept the new version.
